Avent Releases BPA Free Bottle (Finally)

We had mentioned a few times that Avent was coming out with a BPA free bottle at some point. And that some point is now! Avent has finally released a BPA free bottle. There’s finally an alternative for those kids who refuse to use any other bottle other than Avent. The bottle itself is made out of Polyethersulfone (PES), which is a hard resin plastic that is similar in weight and feel to polycarbonate. However, it has a much higher heat resistance than Polycarbonate does. This is the same material that BornFree uses, and I’m still not really sure how much better it is. I’m working on further research, but for now, this is another good BPA free alternative. Avent’s new BPA free bottles are a little on the pricey side, but again, for those babies who don’t want to use anything else, it’s a small price to pay.
