Hey, I didn’t hear back from you… what gives?

Please know that we receive a huge volume of email and there may be a few reasons we didn’t get back to you. They are:

1. We don’t have an answer to your question.

2. Your question has already been answered on the site.

3. We’re busy! We have toddlers and newborns at home and just haven’t had a chance to get to it. Our kids come first… website and email come last. Sorry!
