Ingredients:  Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Artificial Color (Red 40, Yellow5, Blue 1), Leavening (Baking Soda, Calcium Phosphate), Salt, Soy Lecithin.

The above example lists artificial colors as an ingredient, this isn’t always the case. It may just say Red40 or Blue 2, so it is important to familiarize yourself with the different terms used to represent artificial colors.
