I know many of you are really itching for Spring and Summer to arrive despite the weather we’ve all been having. (Even in Florida its been in the 40′s – not ice pop weather!) I was going to hold off until a more appropriate time to post this but it’s just too good! A while ago I did a Summer Series on Safer Ice Pop Molds. Despite finding bevy of great options I had said my dream ice pop maker would be stainless steel yet I never found any.

Well thanks to a reader tip that dream is now a reality. The Tickle Trunk, where I discovered stainless steel ice cube trays, finally has stainless steel ice pop molds for sale for $35.00. It’s a great design too. The set comes with a stand and 6 round ice pop molds… so you can takeout one single ice pop and then refill as needed. The lid or “base” of the ice pop where the stick goes through has a silicone ring to help keep the sticks in place nice and straight.

Checked out The Tickle Trunk site and love love love the stainless steel straw and food containers! I’ve been wanting to switch to reusable straws but am afraid to try the glass with a toddler. The stainless steel ones are perfect and cant’ wait to try them out!

this was perfect timing! My son (almost 3) randomly said in the car yesterday, “Is it summer yet?” When I said we have Spring and then summer he said… “that’s a long time before popsicle season!”
I did buy a BPA free popsicle set 2years ago, but it and our ice tray are our last plastic items!!! So I would love to win the pop tray and saw a great stainless steel ice tray on the site!!! Hooray! Thank you

I went to the Tickle Trunk site to see what else they had; I’m excited about the popsicle molds, I’ve been looking for exactly that for a couple years now – so much plastic everywhere. What I would also love to see is a drawer organizer, like you’d use for cutlery, only for other kitchen items like measuring spoons and cups or other smaller food use items. There’s plenty of bamboo out there, but so much of it is made in China and probably coated in icky polyurethane. Thanks for showing your interest in your customers’ needs!

I love The Tickle Trunk’s cutlery sets – perfect for lunches at school and work. And, I absolutely love the popsicle mold. I’ve been looking forward to warmer weather so I could make homemade popsicles for my son.

I am digging the round food storage containers. I like the fact that you can write what the contents are on directly on container.
I also like the divided food tray. Maybe it’s nostalgia from old skool lunches. Its a good idea to help people with portion sizes and reminding us to incorporae required food groups.
Finally. I think stainless steel straws are a novel idea. I wish someone would invent a straw cleaner though.

oh I just checked out The Tickle Trunk and I am in love with the ONYX – Divided Food Tray. They would be perfect for my young children. I really like the round storage food containers too!

I love the round Food Storage Container. My daughter has a very limited diet and anorexia (not nervosa!) and is only eating noodles right now. This would be great to take with her to lunch at school.

I visited the Tickle Trunk and I love the food containers. I have been switching over to BPA free containers but I hate using glass with a 2 year old. I would love to win the ice pop molds. I have been making ice pops for my son to help his mouth feel beter as his 2 yr old molars are coming in but my molds are not BPA free

I was so bummed when I looked in my cupboard and saw the popsicle molds I bought before I had a baby…what kind of plastic they are made of?! Before I became a mom I never cared much about what kind of plastic I was buying. So this week I was going to try to find better ones when you sent me this article!! I’ve been eyeing stainless steel straws for my family for a good year now but can’t quite get myself to buy it as money’s tight and straws aren’t exactly a necessity. I’m glad to see they carry these though. The other safe food containers also really interest me.

I also love the straws. My BPA free reusable straw just cracked after all the uses and washes. Hard plastic is no match for stainless steel! Thank you!

I really love the food containers. Enough plastic already and enough plastic bags! I’m itching to change out from plastic (even though its BPA free) to stainless steel.

I am most interested in the Stainless Steel Straws #2. I’ve been eyeing metal straws for a good year or two but haven’t splurged since they aren’t exactly a necessity…just real nice to have in our case. Thanks!

I checked out the Tickle Trunk and like the stainless steel ice cub tray. We’ve been making our own ice cubes at home since the water coming from the automatic one in our freezer never smelled quite right and this would be great to have in the house. I also love the idea of the stainless steel straws, would go great with a root beer float!

I went to tickle trunk’s website and saw the stainless steel ice trays. I have been wanting one of these for YEARS! It is great for not only regular ice, but flavored ice for beverages and baby food as well! Thanks Tickle Trunk!

I am really the most excited about the popsicle molds my three boys eat popsicles every day this would save me so much money if i made them my self. I tried once using a plastic mold, but i could never pull them out. My boys also love straws so i also LOVE the Stainless Steel Straws. AWESOME stuff.
