Washing Swimmis: Just throw it in with your swimsuit/towels after swimming. Air dry. Simple, that is it! If there is poop involved, you may wish to rinse the swimmi prior to throwing it in the wash.
Swimmis always come with instructions, don't worry! Have fun with the cutest baby bum at the pool :)

I have one of these (LOVE IT). I confess I don't use cloth diapers either, so(so far)I have washed it with my son's regular clothes as there haven't been any messes in it (yet -- yay!). I plan on handwashing out the poop etc. should the need arise and then put it in my regular wash. As for soap residue build up which affects absorbancy, I will use dishsoap to remove it. See the article on Weecare's website for the how-to (when you need-to) :)

I think I'll be ordering one of these.

I have to admit that I don't use cloth diapers so my question is how to wash it effectively when there is only ONE diaper! Any suggestions?

Swimmis are GREAT! Easy to use and effective - you won't be the mom that clears the pool with this swim diaper! We love the pizzaz too.

You can also find re-usable swim diapers that are cloth and terry at One Step Ahead -- I've used them and they work well.
