We have always used A & D and we make sure to lather it on when either daughter is starting to get a rash. I guess we haven't had any major complaints about it, but I'm sure there's a better product out there... Like this one! Thanks!

Right now we use Desitin, but we are about to change to cloth diapering and need something that is compatable with cloth. Thanks for the giveaway!

I'm using Burt's Bees right now, but I hate how my little girl seems like it for so long after I put it on. Her diaper rash isn't bad, but she always seems to have a bit and the Burts Bees isn't making it go away :(

We have completely stopped using any diaper rash creams and only use Vitamin A & D ointment. We have to only put it on every other time and still end up bathing him and letting him run 'free.' He's too sensitive for the rest!

I've been looking for a new cream without zinc which is hard to find. I have used California Baby but it stings, Boudreax Butte paste doesn't work that well, Hyland with calendula is not bad.

Recently, my sister-in-law referred me to your website and I am so thankful she did. I have been using Desitin on my nine month old son and I can't stand the smell from the zinc. I am thinking I might switch to this product.

We use Balmex. Although it's thick and I am sure full of junk, it does work with her diaper rash and doesn't break her out.

I started out with Method diaper creme for my daughter. It worked great for her, and the thinner texture was much easier to work with than the thick, Desitin-esque ones. After reading about some of the questionably safe ingredients in Method on Safe Mama.com, I tried Nature's Baby Organics... love it! No strong scent, easier to smear, and travels great.

When my son has bad diaper rash, we use Triple Paste. But we also noticed what worked best was rinsing his bottom out in the bathtub after each change, and letting him air dry.

We're big fans of Earth Mama Angel Baby's Bottom Balm in our family. We can't use the zinc based formulas as they make our baby's skin peel. We had started out with another natural diaper cream that worked great until our baby started sleeping through the night. Then it was diaper rash city. It looked awful so I used the zinc for several days until I could get some EMAB Bottom Balm shipped out to us. That stuff works great. Not only did the peeling go away overnight but the diaper rash went away completely after two days and it hasn't returned.
However, it is a bit more expensive than most so I would love to find a natural diaper cream that is a bit less expensive that still works.

Plus Bum Bum Balm is listed as less toxic on EWG's website so I'd love to try some.
