We know that the database isn't always up to date, but we have no control over that. We reported what we found and it's up to the parents to decide which products to use. Our report isn't SOLELY based on the Skin Deep rating either, which if you read our PDF, you'd see that we don't just list the ratings alone, we determined whether the products contained a bevy of other ingredients people watch out for. If you have an information inaccuracy with your company on Skin Deep, I recommend you contact them and have it corrected. Like everyone else, we do the best we can. Hi Jennifer –

I am a representative for a company that has products listed on their website and many of the products which are described either are no longer made by our company or were NEVER made by our company. I realize that its difficult to keep so much infomation straight, but with such gross inaccuracy I find it hard to trust their other information even though I would love to use it.
