I am in Austin, Texas this weekend for SXSW Interactive where my partner and co-author and I are here to promote our book and do a reading/signing gig on Saturday. So posting here will be sparse from me (*cough cough Contributors cough*), but I wanted to quickly point out the video put up by Skin Deep: Cosmetic Safety Database which I thought was great.

Along with the video they’re trying to obtain signatures for a petition to Congress to try to change the laws surrounding personal care products. Since there is no pre-market testing required for personal care items ingredients, this is something we should all demand.Hop on over to Skin Deep to sign the petition!
